What is the difference between FIG. 8TH and FIG. 8S?

Table of contents

Overview

The S wad has the petals stitched together so they don't deform in shipment. The S wads feed better on most loading equipment and the stitching doesn't affect pattern quality. The stitching breaks as soon as the wad leaves the muzzle. The loading data is the same for the stitched version as it is for the non-stitched version.
